Special Report: SEP Pageant!

A few days ago, 9-11 convened in the auditorium for a very special event. Faced with yet another day of rain, the counselors got everyone together for an exciting new activity: the first ever 9-11 SEP pageant!

The campers broke off into their field day groups, and, pooling supplies. dressed up one of the counselors for the pageant.

The fruits of their labors.

Head Counselor Jessica Ravensbergen then posed a question to each of the contestants. Some of the questions asked included: What is your greatest accomplishment? What do you hope to achieve if you win the pageant? What is your most cherished childhood memory?

SEP Head Counselors: asking the tough questions.

After the counselors participated in a dance competition and a walk off to prove their exuberance, the winner was chosen by the campers themselves. By show of applause, Spencer Brooks was crowned the first ever SEP pageant winner!

That's him in the cape, bright blue shorts, and conical hat.
